It’s that time of year again! Naturescapes is announcing its annual support for Bartram’s Garden’s Twilight in the Garden benefit, scheduled for October 6, 2016, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. All proceeds from this gala and auction support National Historic Landmark, Bartram’s Garden.

Guests at this year’s event will enjoy cocktails in the Historic Garden, an 8-acre landscape home to the oldest male Ginkgo biloba tree in North America and a 200-year-old Yellowwood tree.

Additional festivities will include an auction, guided tours, riverboat cruises, and a seasonal al fresco dinner. This year’s event honors Bill Thomas, executive director of Chanticleer, for his generous contributions to public gardens.  Event-goers will celebrate the newly restored Bartram House and Ann Bartram Carr Garden.

Bartram’s Gardens is a 45-acre national travel destination that attracts almost 40,000 people each year. In addition to being a beautiful place for a relaxing stroll, the garden is an award-winning educational resource, acting as a living laboratory and an outdoor classroom. Garden gates are open year-round and for free admittance.
