Landscaping Design Profile – A Small Backyard Garden in Phoenixville, PA completely transformed.
This was a small urban backyard approximately 18’x70’ with weedy grass located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The owners knew it was time to hire a professional landscape designer to make their backyard a beautiful, magical place.
First we eliminated the patchy grass and then we lifted the existing old flagstone and incorporated it with additional flagstone to create a usable sized patio with a bluestone step.
I’m thrilled with the bulbs that have been popping up throughout the spring!
Finally we created a flagstone stepping stone path to the rear of the property and added appropriate sized shrubs, perennials and bulbs to create a backyard retreat that is pleasing to the senses and psyche.
